Applications are now live for both artists& non-profits for our upcoming holiday shows and we are now using some great cloud-based software from Submittable. They are a great company based out of Missoula, MT and are one of our sponsors of the event. In addition to helping defray the costs of using their submission software they are providing funds to our Emerging Artist Scholarship fund. Once artists have been accepted they will have an option to apply for a scholarship for full or partial booth fees at our events. We try to keep booth fees low and no entry fee and rely on the support of our local businesses to help do this. Thanks again Submittable for being so great!

Helena // December 2-3 // Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds

We are excited to bring all that our events offers for artisans, non-profits, and the local community to the Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds for the first Helena MADE fair. We are working with incredible folks in Helena to bring the MADE fair experience to life. We have 30,000 sq. feet of continuous space to feature over 200 talented artisans, local non-profits, activities, and delicious food & beverage options. The Helena Holiday MADE fair will include free entry, free parking, and plenty of room to shop.

Missoula // December 10 // Adams Center

Once again, we will be filling the Adams Center with over 200 booths located on the balcony, arena floor, and upper gyms. The 11th annual Missoula Holiday MADE fair will include free entry, free parking, and plenty of room to shop.

For more detailed information about the application process, booth fees, and set-up times, visit our apply section on our site.

APPLYING

We have defined our criteria for acceptance and have made the decision to stay focused on products that are handcrafted by individuals or small groups of artisans in order to help them grow. We love when businesses grow and experience success and we feel it is important, at that point, to give way to other artists that are up and coming. It is important for the MADE fair’s continued growth to keep things fresh for the shoppers as well. We feature both local and regional artists and all applications are considered during the jurying process.

This is a competitive juried show, so keep this in mind when filling out your application. The MADE fair jury will be looking for unique products that fit the feel of the MADE fair (funky, fun, functional) as well as variety and quality of work. The MADE fair’s mission is to increase awareness of handmade goods as an alternative to mass-produced items and support local and regional small craft business by providing a place to sell their goods.
