Up Line by Upcycled

Donovan Peterson has been crafting wallets and accessories from discarded inner tubes since 2009, under the name Up Line. Functional minimalist wallets with sustainable design and production.

That's thousands of wallets made and more than a few hard lessons earned. He's learned how to get the most from his materials. Each tube is sorted for best use, choice pieces sewn into well-tested patterns. Durable, functional, and eye-catching.

That shows in The Traveler, his Field Notes and passport wallet cut from retired river float tubes. Built for the road, sized for a notebook and a passport, tough enough for years of trips.

Outside the studio, you can find Donovan at his retail shop, Upcycled, on the Hip Strip in Missoula, where he features his own work alongside over 50 other upcycling artists. Through Upcycled and Up Line, he's introduced countless people to sustainable living through ethical creation and consumption.
