The Sleeping Stag

I am an artist and graphic designer operating my own business for the last six years. Born and raised in Bozeman, I grew up with a deep appreciation and admiration for the magical and mystical wilderness that was my playground. I took comfort in my uninhibited imagination as a child, and used it to artistically explore the outer world and develop my own personal mythology, drawing inspiration from nature, folktales, my dreams, and my travels around the world as I grew up. Creating artwork has given me the ability to alchemize my innermost thoughts and feelings into visual stories with a compendium of symbolism and lore that I seek to share with anyone who resonates. Using myriad colors and animals and forces of nature as agents of meaning, my work currently focuses on portraying themes of enchantment, spirituality, nostalgia, joy, and grief.
