I’m a Montana artist who specializes in woodburning mountain-scapes inspired by the pieces of ourselves we find in wild places.
I grew up in Montana and have always found I can hear myself best when I’m in the quiet wild places that encompass our state. Over the years I’ve dabbled in different art forms but my love for woodburning has always been what lights my soul up the most. I spent hours with my grandfather woodburning trees and animals in his little basement woodshop growing up, a shared love for creating and wild adventures that makes this medium so much more than an art form for me.
Currently, I work for the Forest Service exploring mountains and forest ecosystems for a living. I have a passion for connecting people to the land around them and my deepest hope is that something I create reflects that connection in someone else.
