At age 25, I was gifted my mama's Singer sewing machine from the 70's. I taught myself to sew! I haven't stopped sewing things since. After some years, I settled into leather as my favorite material/medium to work with. I now sew on an amazing industrial machine but never have forgotten my roots. I grew up in AZ but relocated to the PNW about 15 years ago. My work has a lot influence from both places. It started with leather feather earrings but I now make a large variety of leather based jewelry as well as purses, fanny packs, dopp kits, guitar straps, and much more! Adding appliqué detail is one of my favorite things and you will see a lot of that in my work.
