Farmented Foods is a team of two Vanessas who are passionate about fermentation and food waste. We source as many "ugly" or excess crops to help reduce waste for our farmers as we can. As a native Montanan, V1 is happy to provide a unique product to the state. V2 is a farm girl at heart, coming from North Dakota and brings her passion to help farms operate at a higher profit. The two started this mission back in 2017 and have steadily grown in capacity to use these crops and expand the product line. Farmented has four main products: Radish Kimchi, Dill Sauerkraut, Spicy Carrots, Fixer Elixir and with a fifth launching fall 2024, Caraway Kraut. Seasonal products this fall are Jalapenos, Hot Pepper Kraut and Dill Pickles. We cant wait to share our artisan products with you!
