Modtana Fabric Studio

Jason Bige Burnett, an artist and maker based in Helena, Montana, studied ceramics and printmaking, and for more than 15 years followed their curiosity through art, design, and the joy of making things by hand. Today he brings that curiosity to fabric through MODTANA FABRIC STUDIO.

MODTANA is inspired by the people and places of Montana: the character of its towns, the shapes of its landscape, and the everyday details that stick with him. Those impressions find their way into patterns that feel playful, graphic, and rooted in this place.
