Forward Montana

Forward Montana is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to building political power with and for young Montanans. We work to ensure that people ages 18–35 have the tools, information, and access they need to participate fully in our democracy and shape the future of their communities.We support the local community by meeting people where they are and making civic engagement accessible, relevant, and actionable. This includes hosting voter registration drives, providing accurate election information, and creating welcoming spaces for young people to learn, connect, and take action. We collaborate with local partners, schools, and community groups to reach rural and historically underrepresented populations, ensuring their voices are heard in local and state decision-making. Beyond elections, we invest in leadership development, issue education, and community-building efforts that help people feel ownership over the places they live.
