Hey, I’m  Gabby!! I'm a landscape painter, rock climber, and avid backcountry skier. I grew up in Alaska where I have been sitting on the ground, painting mountains and swatting mosquitos since I was a little girl.

My paintings bring me a deep feeling of connection to place and remind me of all the joy there is in the world. Much of my work is inspired by my adventures outside, from mountain climbing to sitting in my garden.

I love how painting a place requires me to slow down and really see it, have the patience for its details and remember how precious all the small things around us are. I hope that my work can bring this same sense of connection with nature to others. Thanks for your interest in my creative practice!
