Anita grew up spending every spare moment adventuring in the great outdoors of Montana. Many weekends spent on the lake, camping in the woods, or hiking through the snow gave her a genuine love of this place. A love of the wildflowers, a love of the wildlife, and a love for adventure. This love affair has continued throughout her life and the various places she has called home throughout the state. She finds a source of peace and meditation through her artistic practice. Combining this love for the natural world with her joy in creating things has led to her current work. Anita's passion is creating works of art that bring the flora, fauna, and landscapes of our natural world into people’s homes and hopefully bring a little bit of joy into their lives.
