Ruff Mudd Pottery

I am a retired public high school teacher. I make wheel-thrown and handmade pottery that are both functional and artisic. This has been my passion for the last 12 years. I started off learning from our school ceramicist and artist, Freddy Santana, and now I have my own studio with a wheel and kiln. I love to make pieces that are unique, creative and intuitive. Most of my work is for functional purposes but with a creative twist to them. Some of my work is for display purposes that are conceived on paper/drawings and then organically created on the wheel. I also specialize in various glaze techniques.
