Inner Alchemy

Lauren Woods was born and raised in the Green Mountain stage of Vermont, where she started with clay in High School. She then continued to work with clay at a local privately owned studio, then on to Burlington City Arts where she was a studio tech, and eventually started teaching. Lauren then moved to Montana a few years later with her dog and husband, where she started teaching at The Emerson Center in Bozeman, and in 2017 she opened Hustle & Throw as her personal business, as well as Recess Clay Studio where she teaches classes, rents space to other ceramic artist and hosts special events! She loves creating functional wares with a touch of fun.
