I fell in love with fiber arts as a pre-teen in Texas. We lived on a small piece of land and I would dress up as a pioneer and roam the pasture with my drop spindle tucked in my apron pocket. When I got my first spinning wheel, I became even more serious about fiber arts.
After a few years of living in Cambodia (where I began my degree in Graphic Design), my family and I moved to Montana, and it captured my heart. So I began weaving my love for Montana into my art and fiber designs. All of my hand-spun yarns are inspired by something in Montana—aspens, clouds, the forest dirt, the pale purple color of the sky some mornings.
With my art, I want to build a story with you of strong homes and strong love and strong joy.
