Big Sky Flies

Born and raised in Bozeman Montana, I grew up with the goal of becoming a full time artist. I’m a welder by trade and for the past four years I have been working full time while building up my own small business, Big Sky Flies, on the side to develop myself as a sculptor, welder, and business owner. As a proud local who grew up fly fishing, I thoroughly enjoy producing artwork that portrays this aspect of Montana’s culture. As my business grows I plan on making my artistic endeavors full time, at which point I hope to diversify my portfolio and create a vast variety of sculptures and artwork.

My sculptures are mostly copper, steel, and stainless steel all hand forged and welded together to represent traditional fly patterns that any avid fly fisherman will recognize.
