Whitney Tolley, a Missoula native, was educated and certified in Oregon for the art of jewelry making. This one-woman-force behind Whiskey Tango Jewelry is inspired by simple shapes that become bold statements and tempt the lines between jewelry and wearable art. Whitney’s process for each unique piece is alchemy of its own. The patina is a unique homemade recipe of vinegar, ammonia and salt which brings a one-of-a-kind texture and color to each piece. Brass is her metal of choice for its versatility and personality that can be coaxed into each design. All of Whitney’s pieces are hand-cut, fabricated, sanded and polished under her careful, creative eye.
