This is Rebecca King. Art has been a passion her entire life, with her skilled father being the biggest influence. From a young age, Rebecca grew up watching as her father sat for hours on the patio painting the natural beauty of his home in Alaska onto canvas using his favorite medium, oil. Because of this she has always found the scent of linseed oil, nostalgic and comforting. As a young adult, Rebecca went on to work professionally in the art industry for ten years. Custom framing of art opened her life to a new creative world that she thrived in. Rebecca worked with artists and designers of all types, framed art by Picasso and even a toy sailboat. Eventually, she began to travel the world. She developed an intense desire to capture those experiences, and it was then that Rebecca discovered her own form of art to create, photography.
