I'm Ryley Enich- designer, outdoor enthusiast and artist. My artwork, a reflection of where I feel most happy, largely depicts scenes from mountain hikes, pristine streams or alpine lakes. A native Missoulian and Bozeman transplant, I have explored the back-country of Montana and Idaho in search of remote and beautiful landscapes to enjoy with good friends and family. Through my background in architecture, I discovered that watercolor is a way for me to combine two things I love: design and the natural world. Through painting, I can capture the incredible scenes I've experienced on these adventures, and share them with the people around me. In the summer months you can find me hiking miles of trail with an absurdly heavy pack (watercolor materials included), wading small streams in search of large trout, or sitting near a high alpine lake with my paintbrushes...almost always accompanied with a good local beer.
