Be Thunder Creations

Be Thunder Creations are contemporary Indigenous adornments by Latisha Buck Elk Thunder, a Diné, and enrolled Amskapi Piikani bead weaver born on the ancestral lands of her mother and raised on the ancestral lands of her father. Latisha first came to beads through the matriarchs in her family as they helped her create traditional regalia. She took to flat stitch beadwork as a healing meditative practice for many years before building a passionate business where each handmade piece is cultivated with strong cultural roots and inspired by Matriarchial teachings and the natural world using bead weaving techniques. Each bead is woven together while the intention is put into the colors and designs so they emanate positivity and strength for whoever wears them.
