WoodZen Woodworking's slogan is "Fine woodcrafts for your home and family".  As the sole proprietor of this business, I focus on functional art, creating artisan cutting boards, salt cellars, other handmade pieces, and occasionally furniture.  My goal is to provide customers with items that are not only useful but that have an artistic appearance not available elsewhere in the state.  I use combinations of both domestic (grown in the U.S.A.) and exotic (grown and sustainably harvested internationally) wood types, all of which I obtain through a locally-owned lumber supplier.
