Wilderness Handworker

Wilderness Handworker connects people to the land and their hands by making and teaching traditional skills and craft. The process of our handcrafts start with a walk in the woods. We go out and find the materials we need, harvest them and either take the materials home or craft on the spot. The crafts the we will be focusing on for the summer made fair will be canoe paddles, black ash pack baskets, birch bark basketry and canisters, as well as carved woodenware and nalbinding.
